MVA Recovery manages Motor Vehicle and Workers Comp accidents that report in the Emergency Department. By implementing our services on the worst preforming revenue stream for the hospital, the client is able to see a significant increase in these revenues.  The hospital is also able to see a reduction in payroll as they are able to reassign staff to task they are better equipped to handle. 

We believe hospitals CAN get paid on these accounts. Statistics show that far too many MVA  accounts fall into self pay status. As a direct result, the typical reimbursement rate is much lower than what it should be. Our partner hospitals enjoy increased reimbursement rates on MVA's are typically higher than commercial healthcare payers. Since the Hospital ED is often the first to treat an MVA patient, shouldn't the hospital be the first provider paid? We believe they should.

Our staff believes that auto accidents and workers comp accidents are always sudden and traumatic events. No one leaves their home planning on being involved in such an experience. By never losing sight from the patient's vantage point, MVAR is in a much better position to provide the compassionate customer service the patient deserves, while also increasing revenue for the hospital.
